When Sedfa conducted a diagnostic assessment report, the following challenges were identified:
Ekhaya Siyakha Ngobugcisa Primary Co-operative approached Sedfa for assistance and explored the possibility of equipping their entertainment craft with machinery and equipment ,however, this goal seemed challenging due to financial constraints and the co-operative lacked financial strength to expand.

Intervention Details:
To address the challenges above, Sedfa assisted Ekhaya Siyakha Ngobugcisa Primary Co-operative with facilitating the Cooperative Development & Support Programme (CDSP) grant funding application process and submitted all the compliances.
Outcome Details:
Sedfa intervention achieved the following outcomes:
The turnover increased from 5% R31 105.00 to R57 544.25
The Co-operative employees stayed the same as 5 employees.
The Co-operative received grant funding worth R441 271.00.
