The Business Advisor played a crucial role in providing mentorship, monitoring progress, and sharing new ideas to enhance business efficiency. The advisor also provided valuable guidance on financial recordkeeping, helping the company establish better financial management practices.
Outcome Details:
The successful funding application together with the mentorship resulted in turnover increase from R122 812 per annum to R225 650 (83.74%) in just 9 months. The business also created six new jobs, growing the team from four to ten employees.
