Business Dynamics and Challenges

Business Activities: The company structure and individual participation and effort will all impact on the maximum capacity of employees in making or creating a brand that would be sustainable, delivery orientated and competent. In creating a company that is compliant with the workmen’s compensation act, we will ensure that whilst we are building a brand and looking at the bigger picture, we also consider the needs of the individuals who are participating in any scale. The manufacturing process is done at the premises where the business operates there is a designated room for manufacturing. Customers for the business are the individuals as well as schools around Bizana.
Challenges/Needs: The immediate challenge of the business was lack of visibility as it was not easily seen by potential clients, products were had no labelling as well as lack of training on how to manufacture some of the products. The owner has since approached Sedfa for assistance with marketing of the business, packaging material as well as technical skills training. Sedfa assisted the business with branding material as a marketing tool to increase visibility as well as assisting with the training by one of the Incubators to increase quality of the products.
