The business owners approached SEDFA branch for assistance. An assessment was conducted, and an action plan was developed. Sedfa assisted the client with a CDSP application to the value of R1,800,000 which will be used to acquire a truck, farm implements and animal feed
Outcome Details:
The SEDFA intervention assisted the client. The client accessed funding through CDSP grant to the value of R1,8 million from SEDFA. The grant was used to purchase new truck, farm implements and animal feed. This assisted the business to be more efficient and enabled them to access new formal markets. Business monthly turnover improved from R81,633 p/m to R96,608 p/m, and the business employment increased from 6 to 10 staff
