The client approached Seda City of Cape Town Branch for assistance in their business. They were introduced to one of the Business Advisors who conducted a diagnostic assessment, Critical Planning Exercise (CPE) on the business. The aim of the CPE is to plan
and prepare financial projections for twelve months or more and simulate various “what if” scenarios. The assessment assisted the business to make accurate, realistic financial predictions and develop a plan which significantly contributes to the business viability and how best to address the shortcomings and provide possible solutions to identify challenges.
The following interventions were implemented:
• Facilitation of compliance certification at Financial Service Board, and
• Design and Development of Promotional Material.
