• Development of a business plan for access to funding at the former Sefa through Youth Challenge Fund (YCF) and Seda Asset Assist Programme.
• Participation of the business owner on the chemical operations training for cosmetic products manufacturing.

Outcome Details:
• The business managed to secure grant funding worth R214 946,44 from Asset Assist Program to acquire equipment and stock and managed to increase sales through good marketing strategy guided by the business plan.
• For the financial year 2023/24 the company has recorded a turnover of R 955 233,00 with operational costs of R 835 967,00 which translate to the net profit for the year before tax of R 119 266,00 This translates to the following positive results for the business.
- Increase in turnover of 62% from R 589 159,00 to R 955 233,00
- Increase in profit of 34% from R 88 568,00 to R 119 266,00; and
- The business managed to retain 4 employees and created 3 new jobs; this then gives a total of 7 employees in the business.
