Critical Planning Exercise (CPE) on the business. The aim of the CPE is to plan and prepare
financial projections for twelve months or more and simulates various “what if” scenarios.
The assessment assisted the business to make accurate, realistic financial predictions and
develop a plan which significantly contribute to the business viability and how best to
address the shortcomings and provide possible solutions to identified challenges
