Marketing of products to potential clients was limited due to an already critical cash flow situation considering that when they came to SEDA in March they had not operated, combined with limited resources as the business is basically in its infancy. They require additional equipment to enable the company to grow further than it has, and we can expect to see a huge growth in the company in terms of revenue and staff.

The business was assisted by business advisor, Nhlakanipho Zondo, in the Nelson Mandela Bay branch. After a diagnostic assessment was conducted the following improvement interventions were undertaken. The business was assisted with Packaging and labelling which basically was the first stock that they had.
Outcome Details:
A greater reach to prospective customers enabling access to local markets.
A 100% increase in turnover from R0 (March 2024) to R 31 702 (December 2024).
Employment increased by more than 100% (3 new job created) from two (2) to four (5) employees in total.
