• Lack of Financial Management skills that hindered business growth including challenges in delivering orders due to lack of finances, as a results of poor management skills.
• Inability to maximise the market share due to lack of signage and other marketing materials.

The client was enrolled in a 3-day intensive Financial Management training.

• The training improved financial management skills and thereby ensuring proper handling of the business finances, and the confidence to seek more procurement opportunities.
