• The services of the company include branding of textile using digitized embroidery, which is commonly used on logo patches, apparel and caps or hats. The core business of the company includes the following:

• Corporate wear, towels shoes, name tags, school uniforms and medical suppliers

o Lack of finance which was limiting production capacity and business growth

Intervention Details:
• The day the client walked into Seda an assessment was conducted including a visit to the business side and the outcome was that the client needs to be assisted with the application for finance under Asset Assist Program- ASP
Outcome Details:
• The application for funding was successful and the business received an amount of R249 965.
• The business managed to acquire new machinery and equipment such as graphic design computers that has made the business more efficient.
• Production Capacity doubled and the quality of products improved as the equipment purchased is modern and has made better products.
• The company’s’ brand is more visible on billboards in Giyani Area and completed its online presence setup (website, google listing, etc) and now they attract more new clients like schools for uniforms.
• Stam Embroidery managed to increase its turnover from R 1,418 631 to R 3,155 524 which is 222,43%.
• The quality of embroidery improved. This is seen by repeat clients bringing more work and the business managed to sustain 5 employments while 7 more jobs were created.
• The business managed to acquire new machinery and equipment such as graphic design computers that has made the business more efficient.
