• Client approached Seda in 2024 and linked up with Cassius Rivele Business Advisor (BA).
• The BA, had a one-on-one interaction with the client to gather information about the client and their business. After the interview with the client, the BA compiled an assessment report for the business with a list of recommendations.
• Various interventions such Kaizen training and the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York were initiated to assist the business.

Outcome Details:
The assistance from Seda created the following results for the business:
• Opened a satellite production facility at the Vodacom Campus in Midrand, supplying baked goods to 7 canteens and servicing over 5,000 people daily.
• The assistance to participate at the Summer Fancy Food Show enabled the business to have one of its owners being enrolled in the Specialty Food Makers Prep course, equipping the business to enter the US market.
• Increasing sales from R2 371 910 to R2,647,561 which is 11% increase in sales.
• The business has increased its total number of employees from 10 to 12, an increase of 20% in employees.
