Intervention Insights and Results
Intervention Details:
Development of a Bankable Business Plan to facilitate access to funding – machinery and equipment. The business was recently funded with TTA for machinery and equipment R316 250. The business also received promotional materials to expose them to international markets at the Railway Indaba and Manufacturing Indaba
Outcome Details:
The TTA funded automation has increased access to markets and efficinecy in service offerings. The promotional materials have also extended footprint to international markets at Exhibitions. The Revenue sales increase by R1 422 699 (54%) from R2 636 411 to R4 059 110. The profit decreased but the government's 30% set aside opportunities amounted to R1 217 440. Four (4) more jobs were created, 6 sustained to increase total employees to 10.
