The client visited Seda office in February 2023 after hearing from the radio. The company was registered as a Seda client and baseline information was collected. An assessment of the company financial performance was conducted, and the outcome indicated very low profit margin due to poor sales.
The client was assisted with signage material and also put on a three-month mentorship programme of which positive results were realized at the end of the initiative.

- Clientele increased and the business get orders from many neighbouring villages, schools, small businesses.
