The entrepreneur visited Seda office for assistance in February 2022 after been referred by Sefa. The client was registered, and a Gap Analysis assessment was conducted. The challenges listed above were found to be part of the aspects that hindered growth and sustainability
The client was assisted with signage material (Signage boards, car magnetic stickers and business cards), enrolled on a mentorship programme in 2023 with positive results realized.

The impact of the above-mentioned interventions was realized as detailed below:
- Clientele increased and the business supply deals were secured from many small businesses.
- Production capacity has increased as the demand increased. Machine idle time reduced tremedously
- Record keeping was implemented assisting in monitoring and controlling productivity and mortality rate
- Revenue increased by 50 % from R360 000 to R540 541
- The company has retained its 4 job and has created 2 more, all on permanent basis, a 50 % growth)
