Intervention Details:
The client visited Seda office in February 2022 referred by Sefa Polokwane Office. Client registration was done, baseline information about the company was collected and an assessment of the company financial performance was conducted. Based on the diagnostic assessment outcome, it was identified that the company’s profit margin and production volume were too low for a bakery type of business.
The client was enrolled on a mentorship programme as well as on a Food Safety Awareness programme (HACCP)

Outcome Details:
The impact of the above-mentioned intervention is realized as below:
- Clientele increased and the business has penetrated several spaza shop, tshisanyama and general dealers in the surrounding villages.
- Proper records are being kept and wastage in minimal
- Revenue increased by 446 % from R99 700 to R544 332
- The company has retained its 2 jobs and has created 1 employment, all on permanent basis, (i.e. 50 % growth)
