The client visited Seda office in March 2023 after hearing from a Seda presentation during an outreach event at Capricorn TVET College. Upon visiting the branch, client registration was done, baseline information about the company was collected and an assessment was conducted. The company was not visible and was not known within its target market range, hence low revenue.
The client was assisted with signage material.
