Mr Mamani has ten years of experience in general construction and landscaping. He has
acquired various skills within the construction and maintenance industry, including expertise
in garden services. The company is registered with the Construction Industry Development
Board (CIDB) and the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC).

Intervention Insights and Results
Intervention Details:
The client visited Seda Knysna Branch to seek assistance with growing the business. He was
introduced to a Sedas Business Advisor, who conducted a Critical Planning Exercise (CPE) on
the business. The CPE is a planning tool that prepares financial projections for twelve
months or more and simulates various what if” scenarios. The assessments assisted the
business in making accurate, realistic financial projections and developing a plan that
significantly contributed to the business.
The following intervention was implemented:
• Development of a concept plan.
