• The business purchased fridges to separate drinks, fresh produce and meat.
• The staff were allocated separate duties to ensure that food safety measures are followed by those allocated to shisanyama and cooked food.
• The turnover of the business increased by 5% from R574 560 to R630 060 through improved client base.
• Through this intervention the business was able to save (number of jobs before) and added an employee assigned to ensure food safety measures are followed.
