At Hlambisa Group they offer an extensive line of cleaning, hygiene and pest control services. Their hygiene service includes urinal hygiene, paper dispensers, hand dryers, soap dispensers, carpet cleaning, sanitary bins etc. Their strength is their ability to integrate their cleaning and hygiene services with other value add services to provide a world class service at highly competitive rates.
They are dedicated to establishing good business relationships with their clients, giving them value for money through the quality service which they render. Their aim is to maintain and grow their market share to full contractible business from small to premium clients.

The challenges/needs that the business experienced, were a lack of marketing initiatives and no visibility thus limiting its ability to attract new customers.

The Seda business advisor, Thabo Ngwadla, carried out a diagnostic assessment on the operations of the company. The aim of the exercise was to assist the owner in identifying the company’s strengths and weaknesses and recommend interventions to improve visibility of the business.
A priority intervention included assisting the business in creating a very dynamic and eye-catching company logo and marketing material which will appeal to their target market. A follow–up intervention included development of signage for the business premises
