Intervention Details: 1. Development of a business plan.
2. Referral to Seda Asset Assist Programme for access to finance/equipment.
3. Training in co-operative governance.
4. Training on quality management system.
Outcome Details: 1. Access to finance/machinery and farming inputs to the tune of R890 176.61 from Seda Asset assist. The money was used to procure a pack-house, seedlings, chemicals and manure.
2. The business has recently received a GAP SA Certificate.
3. Turnover increased from R216000 to R260 000.
4. Sustained 8 workers including the directors.
