Intervention Details:
(i) Business assessment
The assessment helped with identification of strengths and weaknesses. A critical planning exercise was utilized to diagnose the business problems and to do financial projections. This analysis generated a plan of action, as a result; Seda intervened as follows to help the client:
(ii) FSB licence
A client was assisted to fill in the forms and send to FSB. All necessary documents were compiled and submitted with the form, a licence was issued.
(iii) Marketing collaterals
The client was assisted with corporate identity, gazebo and branding, flyers, windows branding and other marketing collaterals.
(iv) Point of sale system and payroll
Seda assisted the business with computer systems to help with sales, stock and employees affairs management, amongst other things. The systems also assist in presenting the business professional image.

The business has managed to stabilize, grew from sales of R385,874 to sales of R2,016,000 per annum. The number of employees increased from 7 to 11 over the years.
