The client was referred to a Business Advisor who, after business consultations was registered as a client and diagnostic assessment was conducted on the business. The assessment revealed that the business was very sensitive to either and increase or decrease of sales. One important issue the business had to focus on was to increase the turnover.
A service provider was appointed to assist the business with signage and branding to increase visibility.

Outcome Details:
Through the increased marketing efforts and improved visibility, the performance of the business improved in that the turnover increased by 44% from R900 000 to R1 300 000.
