The company is in the Manufacturing sector with a special focus on clothing and Textile, they design and sew school uniforms, African dresses and attires for any event.

The major challenge the business was facing when they first visited Seda was the poor brand recognition. Smakadze has been operating for years but has been struggling to build a stable clientele.

The client approached Seda for assistance, She was registered as the Seda client and referred to a business advisor for assistance. After consulting with the business advisor, an assessment was conducted to identify the gaps as well as solutions. It was identified that the business requires assistance with the following Intervention:

As a result of Seda’s intervention, the business achieved the following improvements:
Turnover increased by 16%.
One new job was created, and one was sustained.
Profits increased by 832%.
Two contracts have been secured, one with the local school and the other with the local soccer team.
