To address lack of business skills, the client was enrolled in a Basic Business Skills/ Financial Management training.
• In order to improve product and service the client was assisted to attend a 3-day quality management training

Outcome Details:
• The training interventions assisted the business to improve quality of service and products offered; improve in managing the finances of the business. They also gained and applied the knowledge of marketing and product and service diversification which had a significant impact in the business sales.
• Annual turnover increased from R44 800 to R224 000, a 500% increase
• The business has since created 2 more jobs.
