(i) Assessment-Critical Planning Exercise
The assessment helped with financial projections, identification of strengths and weaknesses. This analysis generated a plan of action.
(ii) Company registration
The business was assisted to register with CIPC as a private company. This has helped formalize the business and to comply with government regulations.
(iii) Access to funds through SEFA
Seda assisted the business to apply for funds from SEFA. The application was approved and the client was funded for R128,000.
(iv) Point of sale system and payroll
Seda assisted the business with computer systems to help with sales, stock and employees affairs management, amongst other things. The systems also assist in presenting the business professional image.
