The assessment helped with identification of strengths and weaknesses. A gap analysis exercise was utilized to diagnose the business problems. This analysis generated a plan of action, as a result; Seda intervened as follows to help the client:

The client was assisted with marketing collaterals such as advertising boards, flyers, business cards, logo and letterhead to help the business project a professional image.
