When the client was referred from Anglo Zimele to Seda, she needed business development services that could not be offered from Zimele. Through Seda’s assessment of the business, the following development aspects were identified:-

To address lack of business skills, the client was enrolled in a Basic Business Skills/ Financial Management training.
• In order to increase the company's professional image and improve access to the target market, signage and other marketing materials were also used to brand the enterprise.

Outcome Details:
• Basic Business Skills Training improved the knowledge of the entrepreneur and the confidence to secure more business from the local communities.
• Annual turnover increased from R60 000 to R120 000, a 100% increase
