Findings Financial management The owner is not accurately recording the monthly sales and expenses of the business as well as planning for the growth of the business. She lacks financial management skills such as compiling monthly profit and loss statements as well as budgeting. Sales and marketing The owner targets the general public which she attracts from direct selling and word-of-mouth. She does not have marketing material that can help attract potential clients to her business. The business does not use social media to market itself. Operations The business uses a small domestic dough mixer and oven which are not able to produce in large quantities. This limits her capacity to produce more products.
