Ms. Sauls approached the Fine Fragrance manufacturer and registered with them as an agent. Fine fragrance collection sells generic fragrances at very reasonable prices. These products are generics of well-known brands for both males and females. It provides the essence of luxury with an exquisite selection, proudly made in South Africa. It became known as a number 1 generic perfume brand. The Fine Fragrance collection offers a diverse range of scents, each designed to evoke a different mood and leave a lasting impression.
Ms. Sauls markets her business by participating in various markets. This is where she advertises her products as well as gain valuable sales, and often repeat customers. She still however, required assistance with accessing markets and increase her sales. The owner is involved in the business on a part-time basis and has since its inception a year ago, provided employment to two young people.

After conducting an assessment, the Business Advisor was able to identify the gaps and recommended interventions to address the gaps. The business assisted to attend a pop-up market in Greenacres Mall.
Outcome Details:
The staff increased by 200% from one (Owner only) to three people in total.
Sales increased by 3100% from R 6000 in the previous year, to R 192 000 in the current year of operation.
