Struggling to find and secure big clients that can utilize the business's services on a long-term basis, which in turn will have a direct impact on the growth of the business in terms of turnover increase.
The business lacked visibility and a professional identity in and around Kokstad.

• Improved turnover, from R345 800,00 from the previous financial year to 484 120,00 for the current year which is 40% increase.
• Employment increased from 3 to 4 employees currently.
• The client received equipment from Greater Kokstad Municipality which is meant to increase productivity by 50%
