Business Dynamics and Challenges
Business Activities:
The owner of the business, Pinki Samuel Mokoena, began selling clothes, traditional buckets as well as traditional drums in 2012. The business has gone through a lot of challenges but he has learnt that patience will breed success, in the absence of equipment support in tables, chairs and the gazebo , the business sale items would often find themselves challenged by dust when displayed from the floor, and at times birds deposits if the clothes aren’t placed under the gazebo for better displaying also viewing from far as the clothing items could also be hanged, but since the arrival of the latter equipment the business had become better in operations. The business has been negatively affected by covid-19 and even post covid-19 the business has deteriorated, and they are still trying and ambitious.
During December 2023, the business received asset and equipment support valued at R10,000 including table, chairs and a gazebo, which have been very helpful.
