Business Dynamics and Challenges
Business Activities:
SINANIGAS GIRLS BEAUTY (PTY) LTD was formed in 2018 and formally registered in 2020 by Ms. Matingane Modise. Initially, she started her business by selling miscellaneous things from the street corners in the town of Frankfort, goods ranging from cakes, sweets, jackets, and meat. What has worked for her and still working is the market seasonal demands in that during winter she stocks winter jackets for sale. Due to her passion in ladies make up and beauty in which she has self-taught herself on many and rely on research and google, she also does make up and sell beauty related products and do lots of house calls around Frankfort-Namahadi area. The business sells clothes and do make up, eyelashes and ladies beauty products. Despite in the past having experienced challenges with client buying items on credit whom some will later service their obligations commitments fully and others in dribs and drabs thus exerting pressure on the business cashflow, that did not deter her from pursuing her business interest and passion.
During last year in 2023 she had met with SEDA and have applied for equipment finance in the tables, gazebo and few chairs, these have been of utmost importance in that her clothing items can now be easily displayed on the table and also hanged from the gazebo, in general guarding against poor weathers be it rainy, dusty and or excessive heat temperatures and make up clients to be seated whilst they await to be serviced, the support is also giving the professional image to the business. The business has done training on financial management last year in 2023.
