Intervention Details: • The business was assisted with the development of quality promotional material to assist in their marketing efforts.
• The business also attended a Pop-Up Market in Ladysmith as an exhibitor to be exposed to local markets.
• The business owner attended the EMPRETEC training to assist them with strategies to improve their operations and overall business management strategies.
Outcome Details: • The business increased its turnover by 20.79% from R226 480.00 to R285 912 due to the improved quality of marketing material and exposure to markets, which enable them to now attract more clients.
• The business improved nature in which they run their business after training.
