Business Dynamics and Challenges

Business Activities: Khulesara Consulting T/A Khulesara Bakery is a proudly South African, black woman owned and run Bakery and Confectionery business based in Matlhaba Village, Bakenburg, Mokopane. The business was informally founded in 2018 by Ms. Khutjo Ramoshaba. The idea of starting this business came about after being unemployed and the need to provide for her family saw Ms. Ramoshaba establishing Khulesara Bakery. She always had great passion for baking, and she transformed that into business. The owner has experience, talent, and great passion for baking. She is natural born leader as shown by the way she invested R800.00 from her savings to start the business to what it is today. The money was used to buy small equipment and baking ingredients to start the operation of the business in 2018. The business was formally and legally registered as private company in terms of Company`s Act, 2008 No. 71 of 2008 with registration no. 2019/402902/07. Khulesara Consulting T/A Khulesara Bakery currently sells baked products around George Masebe Hospital, Bakenburg and surrounding areas which includes Mapela and Mokopane. The business also does décor at parties, funerals, and wedding. They bake cakes only on special orders. To ensure quality and a reliable service the owner attended training in baking through Baking Incubation Centre of South Africa- BICSA. Training was sponsored by SEDA after realising the need for such intervention. The client will also need financial management and other business training skills to enhance current knowledge of the owner. The business always offers quality and reliable service hence continued support by local community.
