Equipment such as washing machines and ironing boards were necessary to professionalize the business’s image. Seda assisted the client with access to finance and financial management training. These interventions helped the client attract customers, create more awareness, and enhance the business’s professional image.
Outcome Details:
Through the implementation of Seda’s intervention, one-on-one sessions with the practitioner, and guidance, along with the belief and willingness of ZAMA LEKA CLEANING SERVICES (PTY) LTD, the business was able to attract more customers and increase its income. The income has risen from R11,000 to R19,650 per annum.
