Mpumalanga Delights (Pty) Ltd is a business which is based in Frankfort, Namahadi, owned by Mr.Jabulani Ncube who is a professional chef himself, very skilled and passionate about what he does , Jabulani Sipho Ncube has vast experience as a chef , as one of his career highlights he has been an Executive chef of Alloar since 2005 and has an impressive track record spanning 20 years , he had trained at the three Cities Hotel School which was based in Carlton Centre through intec college and obtained a Diploma in Food and beverage management, since then he had tenures at Linger Longer Hotel , Hard Rock Café and the Moose Head, hw Hs been part of the team that opened the restaurant the Westcliffe and the Melrose Arch Hotel, working with the likes of American Chef Michael Moore as well as the Italian Chef Valentina Harris.
During 2020 he decided to form his own business Mpumalanga Delights ( Pty) Ltd which never really got off as he expected due to the Covid 19 epidemic in March 2020 which had movement restrictions, again the property owner deviated from their initial agreement to use his building , after he did renovations or upkeeps to the building and few months after he began his operations, he believes that the misunderstanding stems from jealousy, that had affected his health since he invested lot of money on the latter but he began operations from scratch and to date the business has been blessed to have intake of learners/students however the business still needs lots of equipments.

The business owner approached Seda to request assistance with financial management skills, signage materials, promotional materials and equipment support to address the issue of market access. Seda was able to assist the client with financial management skills and equipment support to assist the client with seamless operations and management of financial books.
Outcome Details:
Through the implementation of Seda intervention, Mpumalanga Delights (Pty) Ltd was able to attract more customers and increased business income, also continuing helping a lot in building and marketing Mpumalanga Delights (Pty) Ltd growing brand. The income has risen from R132 000 to R300 000 per annum.
