A business diagnostic assessment, an Export Readiness Assessment Tool (ERAT), was conducted on the business. The tool was aimed at measuring and determining the business’s export readiness while also identifying possible areas of interventions and support. Recommendations were drafted and an action plan was submitted. Recommendations made amongst others, included the design and development of related promotional materials to beef up the products and business image.
Outcome Details:
• After Seda’s Intervention the following growth were recorded:
Turnover increased from R14 260.00in 2023 to R20 650.00 during the 2024 financial period. .This represent a revenue increase of 144.80%.
Under the same period, the business was able to sustain and protect its two jobs.
