Intervention Details:
The client approached the Seda City of Cape Town Branch for assistance and was introduced
to a Business Advisor, who conducted a Critical Planning Exercise (CPE) on the business.
The aim of the CPE is to plan and prepare financial projections for twelve months or more
and simulates various “what if” scenarios. The assessment assisted the business to make
accurate, realistic financial predictions and develop a plan which significantly contribute to
the business viability and provide possible solutions to the identified challenges.
The following intervention was implemented:
