The client was referred to a Business Advisor who conducted a thorough diagnostic assessment, Critical Planning Exercise (CPE) on the business. The aim of the CPE is to plan and prepare financial projections for twelve months or more and simulates various “what if” scenarios. The assessment assisted the business to make accurate, realistic financial predictions and develop a plan, which significantly contribute to the business viability and how best to improve competitiveness and grow the business.
The following intervention was implemented:

• Assist the owner to apply for NYDA funding.
