Business Dynamics and Challenges
Business Activities:
Manufacturing and Supply of tissue toilets papers and other related sanitary products.
Challenges/Needs:
Upon assessment of the business, the following challenges were identified:
1. Poor clientele or Business marketing or Market Access.
- Marketing & Promotional Material (Signage) – to help create
brand awareness, improve business market visibility and
presence.
- Access to market – to help the business link its product
offerings to potential clients.
The business was still new and had recently relocated its
operations to the new industrial site with no proper signage, and
brand awareness to help the business target market locate and
identify the business product offerings. Tissue manufacturing
business, by nature, is a sales sensitive business and the
growth of the business can only be achieved through its ability
to link its product offering with the target market and therefore
generate sales. At the time when the client was on-boarded as
SEDA client, the business had no marketing and brand
awareness (signage) plan to help it improve its market presence
and visibility and consequently, its market share.
