Challenges/Needs:
Upon seeking assistance from Seda, the company faced a predicament where its existing clientele was in place, but its growth trajectory did not align with projections, prompting a quest for insights into accessing additional markets. While some machinery investments had been made to expand service capabilities, there remained a pressing need for additional industrial equipment and larger infrastructure to support operational demands adequately. Given the absence of proper financial records and a limited grasp of the business's financial standing, prioritizing financial management training emerged as essential. Moreover, the acquisition of RMI certification was identified as imperative to penetrate specific markets. Additionally, addressing signage requirements was deemed necessary to enhance visibility and brand presence.
