Moreover, recognizing deficiencies in financial management, the owner pursued further training and engagement in Seda youth mentorship program to enhance entrepreneurial skills. Despite these advancements, the company continued to battle with the strain of meeting escalating demand, acquisition of additional machinery and equipment was needed to sustain and expand operations. Business also needed technical training in the tyre fitment.

Concurrently, participation in a youth mentorship program, facilitated by Seda, honed the owner's business acumen, facilitating improved marketing strategies and enhanced business performance tracking. Recent assistance through IMEDP funding, providing equipment valued at over R20,000 and specialized training in tyre fitment, further underscores Khokho General Trading's path of success, these tangible outcomes of these initiatives speak volumes: the owner was able to open two additional outlets located in the township which resulted in a remarkable 21% increase in turnover, five new jobs were created and five sustained.
